"The customer service here from the young lady that wears black glasses and has locs is horrendous. Definitely will be my last time at this location. I usually shop at the Duluth location which is clean, neat, and has great customer service. It took her 30 minutes to blow up 14 balloons. I thought she was blowing them up by mouth…why come to work if you’re not going to show up!? My goodness… I will call corporate I’m sick of entitlement from poor spirited people."

They had a lot of masks and wigs, but not a large selection of actual costumes. They have balloons for all occasions and the prices are reasonable."
