"Pretty bad custoner service. The lady that was in the front desk this morning was pretty rude, when I asked that I need 4 ballons. The two boys were doing nothing when I arrived and suddenly they pretended to be busy with other orders. I'm not coming back. The employees in this store doesn't have any idea what customer service is."
"I returned an item that didn’t fit the morning after I purchased it. The clerk tried to only issue a store credit, and when I told him that wasn’t the store policy per the website and receipt, he then reluctantly refunded it. What I didn’t realize until later is that when I walked out of the store he canceled that refund, and now I’m having to dispute it with the credit card company. I’ve never had a store do this to me, so be careful when shopping here, they are very dishonest."
"I brought 12 balloons purchased elsewhere, that needed to be blown up day of party and Kayla, balloon lead, made it happen quickly during a busy time. When one of the number balloons wouldn’t float she substituted for me without extra charge. I very much appreciated it!"
