"Worst chipotle in albany. Bad attitudes and not friendly, especially to closing time. Was just refused service. Associates words were “y’all bothe better turn around” avoid if at all possible."
"Value is decreasing. They are skimming their portions down and the manager is willing to deceive you about it to your face. They just don't want to raise prices, so they would rather reduce serving size and hide it from you. If you want extra, the charge for double has even risen significantly. Higher level management is pushing this down. The server was nice and honest."
"Love Chipotle and the staff! Our orders are always right, food is hot and they actually offer sauces. I highly recommend. It’s def not the same place it was a year ago when I first came. Glad I came back and gave them a second chance now it’s a family dinner night at least once a week. (A shame I know but it’s good)"
"Service was fast and food was good. A lot of food for one person. Ate the rest next day. Chips were fresh. Place was clean and floor was clean. No trash left anywhere. This was a big change since last time we were in there a few months ago. Last time we were in there trash was all on many of the tables inside, outside tables and all trash cans were full. Last time there was no tea or lemonade and ice was melting everywhere by the drink machine. Not sure if it was new manager or not but big difference in the place."
