"Title: Discriminatory Treatment at 3 Ladies Nails and Spa - A Disturbing Experience Review: On February 7th, my mother (Karmeta arrived in all black scrubs, short cut, glasses I want to make sure you remember her) , a hardworking nurse in need of some well-deserved self-care, decided to treat herself to a manicure at 3 Ladies Nails and Spa in Fayetteville, Georgia. What ensued was a deeply disturbing and discriminatory experience that left her feeling disrespected and marginalized. Despite arriving promptly after a long day at work, my mother, who is black, was subjected to blatant discrimination from the moment she walked in. While her nail needs were minimal, requiring only a fill-in, she was made to wait unnecessarily for an hour while her nails soaked, a treatment not afforded to the two Caucasian women who arrived after her. As if that weren't bad enough, when another black woman entered the establishment seeking service, she was outright turned away and told to return another day, while every white woman who entered was promptly attended to and ushered to the back for service. This pattern of discriminatory treatment was glaringly obvious and deeply unsettling. I cannot in good conscience recommend 3 Ladies Nails and Spa to any woman of color after witnessing the utter disregard and lack of consideration for my mother's time and dignity. Despite being the first to arrive, she was cast aside and forced to watch as others, who arrived later, were prioritized solely based on their race. To add insult to injury, this appalling treatment occurred during Black History Month, highlighting the profound insensitivity and ignorance of the staff at this establishment. It is clear that they have much to learn about the impact of their actions on their customers, and it is my hope that by sharing this review, they will be made aware of the harm they have caused and take steps to rectify their discriminatory practices. In summary, my mother's experience at 3 Ladies Nails and Spa was nothing short of disgraceful. From being made to wait unnecessarily to witnessing outright discrimination against other women of color, it was a deeply disturbing ordeal that no customer should ever have to endure. As a result, we will not be returning to this establishment, and I urge others to think twice before patronizing a business that values certain customers over others based on race."

"Any nail salon I go to, I'm expecting cleanliness and this wasn't the case. Dust was all over, especially the oil and brush used, I didn't notice until she applied it. I don't think she disinfected one tool she used or even spray it with alcohol. I received a basic manicure and the nail tech definitely rushed through it. She didn't push all my cuticles back nor did she remove everything. The way she was pulling on my cuticles, I wonder if she is a license nail technician."
