"When I walked in the receptionist was rude as hell off the bat, she asked if I wanted a regular something, can’t remember what the brat said, but when I stopped and said “well I do want tips” she rolls her eyes, gets a bigger attitude and said “that’s a full set, pick out a color.” While I picked my DARK GREEN color all of a sudden across the salon I heard this childish girl sa “I don’t know what she wants, you go ask!” When I finally sat down to get my nails done the man asked for the color and I showed him my DARK GREEN color, he comes back with blue, paints it on his finger beside the green, shrugged and said “ehh it’s the same.” He was fast and gentle, he did make them extremely thin to the point that they are completely straight. No apex, NOTHING. I’m hoping they don’t bend and break off in a few days or even tomorrow"

"Worst nail salon experience. I will never come back! I came in for an SNS on my regular nails. From the jump, you could tell the nail tech didn’t want to do my service. She didn’t talk to me the entire time and seemed to be in a rush. When leaving the nail salon, I still had powder glued to my skin. There’s no reason my service should’ve taken 10 minutes to complete. I waited longer to see a nail tech than getting my actual service done! Please make sure each nail tech is providing a great experience to each customer! We all have bad days, but at the end of the day that shouldn’t affect a customer’s experience!"

"Let's see. I was a walk in, and was able to be seen on a busy day without having an appointment. I heard another walk in behind me having to make an appointment. So I guess I got lucky. The place looks nice and clean inside. The staff was very nice. The message chairs are ok. I really did like the fact that the foot part lifted up, so you don't have to hold up your foot while they are working on your heels. The lady I had was amazing when she was messaging my left. Her hand was not light at all. Loved that. The only problem was when my toes were painted, and she did NOT clean off the extra polish off my actual toe. I did not see this until I got home. So on my pinky toe, there was paint on the side, and another polish was thick past where my toe nail ended. I wanted to find a backup nail place to my go-to nail place. I just don't think this will be it"
