"Was very happy with service until I called three days ago to make an appointment with Melissa Foster for a perm on Sept 28 if possible. Was told she would have to call me back which was ok. Even though She had told me previously that she charges $85.00 I was going to pay the price even though I thought it was high. She did call me back and told me she no longer gave perms and no one else there did either. I called the office yesterday to make an appointment for a haircut and style and was called back by a pleasant young lady and was told that Samantha would be happy to cut and style my hair on the 28th at 10a and I agreed. Melissa called me this morning at 9:28am hatefully telling me that neither she(Melissa) nor Samantha would do my hair because I was rude to both of them. For the life of me, I don’t know what I did wrong unless it was the fact that I told she charges $85.00 and they charge much less. Needless to say I won’t be going back nor recommending their facility to anyone else. Melissa Foster is a hateful person"
