"One of the best BKs I've been to lately, with regards to food. But why can't we figure out the drinks?? Drinks are poorly mixed in that automatic machine. Nozzle sprays everywhere unless it's out of order, and last I checked Sprite isn't tinted red! If it was one time, I understand. But it's been the last 3 times now. The only negative about this location that I've found."

"Came thru the drive thru this morning. Now I understand a restaurant preparing themselves to be busy but preparing yourself while it’s not busy it’s just lazy I’m not understanding why they pre-make ALL of the croissant sandwiches and then when people don’t buy them, they sit in the window and they get hard and the bread gets soggy Which is the issue that I am dealing with this morning. SOGGY bread, overcooked eggs because the heat window DOES keep cooking things."

"Between the angry pregnant lady that absolutely hates working here and the employees allow people to be cussing and dropping the f-bombs in front of small children. The only person working here with any freaking sense is the youngest girl working the cash register. I didn’t get a receipt because “the machine doesn’t work”."

"This might be the worse place in Albany. First off the wait is longer than Longhorns. Just last night I went inside and waited 30 minutes for a 8 piece that was prepared 5 minutes into me being there. It was not even busy and they had at least 4 people in the kitchen. On top of that the attitudes were horrible. You would have thought I was harassing them the way she rolled her eyes and talked to me after I asked was my order was ready. I waited until she was finished ringing up 3 guests."

"I ordered on the app got there and they hadn't even started on my order. I had 2 whoppers that were cold that they had to substitute american cheese with swiiss because they were out. The chicken sandwich I ordered had a couple little pieces of lettuce no mustard and also swiiss instead of american. Fries were also cold. I also had to wait a total of 45 minutes. They suck!"
