"The manager and employee were rude. They do not take orders you can only use the kiosk. No one tried to assist. The young lady was speaking to me as if she were on the streets. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager. More people came in that did not know how to use the kiosk. No one came to assist. I told them how rude I had been treated and the young man an employee started raising his voice at me saying we ain't rude. Food was poorly made and cold. Never go to this McDonald's"

"I was out shopping had gotten very hungry and I spotted the McDonald's. I went through the drive through, the line wasn't long, and customer service was good . I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich meal and I waited until I got home to eat. To my surprise the fries were the only part of the meal that was good. The meat was not fresh, it was fried to hard and I was truly upset!!!! I tried calling the restaurant several times to speak with a manager and no one ever answered. I truly feel an establishment that popular should have someone to answer the phone. Needless to say, I haven't been back and if the phone doesn't work, remove it!!!"
