"I ordered on the app for curbside pickup. It stated it was ready at 9:07am. I still had not received my order at 9:24. I drove quickly around to the window, they had no idea what was going on. Then finally, a manager said she had been looking for me. No you weren't. What you did was saw my car leave #6 because you didn't want to come out in the cold. You could've just called my cellular and asked me to drive through the drive thru to pick it up. All McDonald's here in Albany, GA are the same...AWFUL!!!POOR SERVICE.... NEED A CHANGE OF MANGMT. WHERE ARE THE GOOD OLD MANAGERS WHO TOOK PRIDE IN THEIR WORK?"
"I was "shocked" I could only order my breakfast on a kiosh. I couldn't go through the drive-through because I was pulling a tall trailer. I prefer to eat in the dining room anyway. The young man cashier said he would he me if I needed help. That wasn't the issue. I knew it would take longer for me to tap and scroll on the kiosh than he could have taken my order. This is ridiculous!!! I was co-owner of a very successful fast food franchise for 26 years. This wouldn't ever happen in my restaurant."

"Went to buy breakfast. Bought 3 big breakfasts among other items. Looks like they’re having an egg shortage or something. Very little egg on the plates. What happened to the square portion of egg? Other than that everything else was fine."
