"Great place, Sabrina and Selena have a been working there for years. They make me feel special every time. They are artists. Thank you for a great day. Griffin Great Clips the best!"
"5:55pm and in a rude way telling me I cant get my son's haircut for a church play because they wouldn't be done by 6pm. Sad, very sad."
"Absolutely the worst ever. People that check in online repeatedly get called even when they miss their slot and I’ve been waiting for a hour and a half. And then the person that missed their slot finally shows up and gets called before us!! Get it together clowns"
"I am so upset by the experience my niece and I had at Great Clips in Griffin, GA. today. We visited the salon for a wash, cut, and blow-dry, having checked in online with a stated 20-minute wait. Unfortunately, we waited for over 50 minutes. Upon arrival, we were told that they do offer wash, cut, and blow-dry service. Then the stylist we got said she would only cut! My 12 year old niece decided to proceed with just the haircut only, as we had waited so long. During the process, I was sitting in the waiting area, which was my mistake as my poor sweet niece was treated appallingly! When her haircut was completed, and we walked outside. She burst into tears! The stylist, an older lady with short hair and a limp working on the right side of the salon in the first chair, was very unkind to my niece, commenting negatively about her hair thickness. My niece felt extreme discomfort during the haircut, and it left her with the feeling that her head was bleeding! Just awful! The stylists lack of professionalism was evident when my niece showed her a picture of the desired cut, which led to an audible sigh. The use of a small comb instead of a regular brush only added to the horrible experience. So unprofessional! Furthermore, the general atmosphere among the staff was unwelcoming. I am thoroughly upset by the treatment my niece received and how she was made to feel. It is disheartening to witness such unprofessional conduct from individuals who claim to be hair stylists. I strongly advise others, particularly those with children, to avoid this establishment. In conclusion, I am deeply dissatisfied and angry with the service and treatment at Great Clips in Griffin, GA. I hope that my feedback will prompt the salon to address these issues and improve their services for all customers. My niece and I will not be returning to this place, and I feel compelled to warn others to think twice before visiting."
"I checked in online for my autistic daughter. We arrived 20 minutes after the business opened. The first stylist I had previously and was not impressed so did not want to use her. The second stylist I had previously used and she cut my hair wrong after telling me what I wanted was going to look stupid. So I passed on her. The 3rd stylist asked how long I wanted my daughters hair and I told her collarbone length, she told me that the 4th stylist would have to do it but didn’t give me reason why. Just that she couldn’t. This frustrated me. The 4th and last stylist was up and came to call a name. She didn’t call my daughters and when someone else who came in after my daughter started to go with her I was shocked and asked why. She said because she was part of a group and they have to do everyone in the group before taking someone else. I ended up sitting an hour. Then my daughter was given a very uneven hair cut and she blamed my child for not sitting still. We go to check out. There machine isn’t working properly. They tell us they are now no longer taking cards. They tell me to use the atm in the parking lot. I have to pay so I go and use the atm. It charged me $3.00. I politely ask if I could have a discount for the 3$ off my daughter’s haircut since I had no intentions of using an atm when coming in. They say no and that is not their problem. WORST SERVICE EVER"
