"Lots to do! Very peaceful!"
"They was very nice, and helpful. Answered all the questions I had. The only complaint I have is the cost. Maybe if places lowered the cost of the select few activities there are for our young people to do, maybe just maybe they wouldn’t turn to the streets for entertainment. Things should be affordable, this place charges $45 per lesson and the lesson only last I believe 60mins. And if your child decides they want to do competition, your required to do I believe it is 3 lessons a week for a year before they will even consider you. I thought well after they make the competition team then they wouldn’t have to pay full price for the lessons. Nope. You are still required to pay full price, lessons 3 times a week, plus you have to pay for your travel cost, hotel stay, entry fees, and get this. All the parents have to take the cost of the trip for the number of coach’s that attend. Divide it by how many parents their are and pay that. Plus you do not win any scholarships, or anything. It’s just about a ribbon. Tell me how a parent can afford $6,480 a year in riding lessons, not counting the all money it will cost to travel and pay for the coach’s travel cost. I just don’t understand it. Looks to me like they would cut that price down some. Especially since the kids do not get scholarships, no reduction in lessons fees, and they don’t pay for travel. It’s no wonder Pulaski county is the way it is. I haven’t found 1 thing that is reasonable for kids to do in our county besides the YMCA. Just food for thought. This is only an opinion based on the information I was provide by the company when I called to check about lessons for my daughter."
