"This is the first time I have gone to this salon. I called on a tuesday, and I said I wanted a haircut and to dye it an ombre, from my natural hair color to pink. I was given a quote of $100. I pre-paid $50 during the same call and set up an appointment for the following Saturday. When I got there, they had no knowledge of what I was getting done. Said I had to give them 3 days to get the dye (I set my appointment up 4 days prior), and said that the total cost would be $400. I did not expect for the price to be quadrupled, so I only got a haircut. They said it would be $40 dollars, and since I had prepared $50, they used that but I did not receive my extra $10 (minus tax). The young lady doing my hair constantly interrupted after asking me questions. After getting home, I had discovered 2 different chuncks of hair that were uneven. I very rarely give places less than a 4 or 5 star review but I will not be going back here."

"At the beginning of the month I has an appointment with brittany p. And she was wonderful. I had a horrible experience with D'Allens and have been afraid to go get my hair done professionally ever since. Since then, I did the ultimate no no and box dyed my hair a solid black to cover what the other woman did (and some grays) and I was so worried my hair was too far gone. But brittany explained what she was going to do to try and fix it, was very informative, and very sweet to my 5 year old girl who came along that day. She also stressed the fact that she didn't want to damage my hair so we will reach the goal slowly. That meant the world to hear that she was being that considerate. The experience at this location definitely cured my nervousness about getting it done professionally because they gained my trust. I'll be going here from now on. It's hard to find a place these days that doesn't treat you like a dollar. These people were amazing and I look forward to my next visit!"
