"They should name Jimmy John as The Trash Can, at most 5 pieces of small thin sliced roast beef on a regular. $7.95 on menu but 12.35 on receipt. If you want to eat Jimmy John, just get a loaf of bread, roast beef sandwich meat and some mayonnaise and save $5 and have enough for many. Horrible flavor too!"

"My days of frequenting this particular Jimmy John’s will end today. I have decided to spend my money elsewhere. There’s a noticeable decline in good customer service, professionalism and cleanliness. The employees lacks teamwork and seem to hate their job and each other; spending too much time separate. I experienced lately they’re either in back-not manning the counter while customers wait at the drive thru or on the guest patio smoking cigarettes and talking on the phone. I complained that someone needs to be at the counter to greet customers-to the young sassy man with a defensive attitude who identified himself as a manager. He made excuses and said his drive thru headphone wasn’t working. Management should address their equipment issues if they exist. It’s not fair to customers who ordered thru the app to have to honk their horn to get someone to work the window for pick up. I had to go in. The food is not cheap and customers are paying for quality service but not getting it."

"So their motto used to be "freaky fast", it is apparently now, "Forever" because that's how long it takes to get a sandwich in their drive through. Took almost 40 minutes to get two sandwiches this afternoon. We were in line behind 1 vehicle and two vehicles were behind us. If I could have backed out and left, I would have. The good of the situation is that at least when taking that much time to make two sandwiches they did get the order right. I'm not sure if its poor management, apathetic workers or what the case may be but I will probably never go back to this particular Jimmy Johns. I know my patronage may not be missed, but honestly its laughable how long this place takes to fill an order."
