"This is the worst Jimmy John's experience I've ever had. I've been a customer for at least 10 years and I can tell you that the management is pathetic. They're trainees at the register do not know what they're doing. After watching other people who came in after me get their food ordered, get drinks and go sit down and I'm still standing there waiting for for the employees to try to figure out how to actually type in and order correctly and ring it up on the register and didn't even know what the rewards points were or how to utilize them. I finally had to leave. I left without my food. I left without my free items. It was a horrible experience! I have reached out to corporate to let them know about what terrible job and a horrible service I received at this. Jimmy John's location in Albany, Georgia."

"I stopped in the other day. The server behind the counter offers up a “ watch’s gettin”. Not a problem until I put my card in and a tip screen shows up. Ok so I tip 18% of my meal which I didn’t even what the total was until I tipped. After I payed the server says “ you can get yo food at the end of the counter. The extra long sandwich was good but no pickle. Not a big deal but experience at this restaurant was a 2 rated one. I felt like a beggar than a paying customer."

"The speed of which my order was finished was very impressive. The staff is extremely friendly with wonderful customer service skills. The prices are high but this seems to be the current trend everywhere. I wish they would've added more lettuce and condiments because the Gargantuan sandwich was a little bit dry. The cost was over $21.00 for a large sandwich after tax."

"Ordered some sandwiches for pick-up...fast, easy and they were ready when I got there. The soda machine was down for some reason or the other, but the subs made up for it. Will definitely give it another try. The Cubano was a hit with me. The bread was really soft and not too chewy. The meat and cheese was fresh and tasty."
