"Sometimes the food is excellent Sometimes the food is terrible mostly terrible they just throw the food together and it looks like slop and will be cold and take 10 to 15 mins Sometimes longer and will still be cold and thrown together with the smallest amounts of ingredients and thats just ridiculous. Very few times you actually get a soft taco with a decent amount of ingredients in it and fresh . Sometimes the staff is professional and nice most of the time the staff is unpleasant and can be very rude to their staff and rude to their customers also and the restaurant is never clean especially the tables countets and floors i dont think they ever clean this place at alI i do not recommend eating at this location on Watson the Russell pkwy location is a lot better"
"Service sucked When you walk in to your Restaurant thereAnd you're not that busy in there maybe to Drive-thru And your people cannot come up to the counter and take your order they would rather you use your little machine that is lazy Plus my food was cold I do not like cold food I do not like bad service you need your people to step up their game or either you need to find someone who will be willing to work and Take Care of your customers with Pride."
"I went inside and I ordered six soft tacos, three regular three meat and cheese only and a cheese quesadilla, the man who took my order was not listening to me as he was on his head set as well with 4 other workers in their so it was his mishap that caused this . I checked my order when I got in the car and I had three crunchy tacos regular three soft tacos, regular and a quesadilla I went back inside and fixed the taco mishap and then I get home and my cheese quesadilla has chicken in it. Do better Taco Bell."
"Missing food three times I order food someone one didn't wrap the burrito right and it fell apart in the bag had to go back and get them to remake it that's the way they gave it to us. I had that cheated so many time with missing food. I want to keep coming back because my kids little Taco Bell and I I"
