"We love it lovely place to rent clean relaxing . people do not take the picture of the wall that up on the stage the woman who over it now Will take your money I had a baby shower for my daughter we had someone cook I'll food we had food warmer.she clam the stove was nasty . The baby banner we got from Amazon the sticker on the banner she claimed we left tape on the wall we didn't have to use tape,I left the fan on in the bathroom, what bad about it she let someone use it the day before I got the. Key . she kept I'll 200 dollars, she is a crook. I am not the only black person she did that to. Please make sure you take pictures of everything or video it . The lady who used to run it was nice didn't cheat u out your money. I did take the picture down make sure we didn't break it u won't believe what she told me I should have put a sheet over it then hung the baby banner up ."

"We have done lots of events at this place, never had a problem with getting the deposit back now lately they come up with lots of rules .Now if the floors isn't mark up or a hole in the wall the kitchen mess up bottles on the the grounds then I see a reason for them to take the deposit. Now I'm going tell the reason why they take my deposit rule 11 it say turn lights ,stove, heat air conditioning and ceiling fans before leave also outside lights , she going tell me the air conditioning suppose be on 64 on your lists of rules it supposed be off. Now next rule 16. Do Not use CONFETTI or GLITTER as it is impossible to clean up. We have the new Sequine runner and chair sashes. A few fell off and we with around and sweep them up , her clean up person find 12 Sequine in 2 of the picture they took it wasn't like they was all over the floor. I don't think it fair for them to take $250 dollars from someone. I have heard they coming up different rulers that not on the paper to take people's money. And that cleaner person don't do a Good job of clean the build the bathroom be a mess so if you do Rent this Build do check before and after"

"Wasn't Impressed with Cleanliness of Venue (Bathrooms Odor, Dirty Refrigerator, Dirty Windows Inside and Outside with Hand Prints, Floors Scuffed, Dust on Some Fixtures, Blinds Damaged). Event Cancelled. Recap: A thorough walk through proved to be very disappointing, was not clean or suitable for planned event. Venue not used, waiting for return of deposit. Recommendation: Plan on walking through before guests or event time to ensure up to par. Beautiful Grounds"

"The owner is very disloyal! They make assumptions about the building not being clean when in reality they have events back to back, they do not check the building from previous customers event before allowing another customer event to occur! This is not how a business suppose to be. This was my first rental from them & I would NEVER rent this building again! Good luck to those who rent this building in the future, make sure y’all check the building before & directly after your event or you will not get your deposit back."
