"I would never go back to this salon ever again. I made an appointment for both my daughter and I at 4 PM (both appointments were confirmed the day before). While my daughter was choosing what hairstyle she wants to do, they started another customer where my daughter had to wait 45 minutes. I felt incredibly rushed while they were doing my hair. The salon didn’t have a front desk receptionist. It seemed very unorganized. On top of this, I am very dissatisfied with my straightening perm and my daughters haircut. If the service was decent, I would’ve not given a one star. My hair took three hours to be done, and during the whole process the hairdresser hardly spoke to me or try to make an conversation. It was only after the fact that she realized we had an acquaintance that’s when she’s started making conversation. Never have I felt this strongly about the poor service I received, I would never recommend nor visit this hair salon again."
