Reviews of Order Nails
"They are very, very slow, only 2 workers. I had to go back 4 times because the design on my nails cracked. This was my first time going to this nail shop. Will not be going back. Never had this happen to my nails in the 10 years of getting them done."
"I Love this place!! The owner is attentive and takes her time. It's a long wait most days because only 2pp normally work, but it's worth it for me. The other places feel rushed and the work is not as good."
"I normally go to Ritz Nails that is across the street from this place, but they were closed today, so I went here instead. My first mistake. The lady who did my pedicure was fine. She did a great job. However, she sneakily did gel polish on me so she could charge $40 instead of $20. I’m not very nail savvy so I did not know this until the end when she told me my total. I didn’t ask for gel, she just did it. Also, the classic pedicure doesn’t come with any kind of massage or lotion, like a typical classic pedicure does. Extremely overpriced for the service, or lack thereof. Moving on to the lady who did my SNS manicure. I’m not trying to be mean, but this lady must be in training because my nails look HORRID. Uneven, bleeding, raw, awful. The whole entire process was extremely painful, and I don’t have sensitive fingers/nails. While the whole process was painful because she filed so recklessly and hard, there were 2 particular times that I instinctively yanked my hand away and audibly yelled and cursed, because it hurt THAT bad. The heat from the electric drill and the way she chopped away at alive, living flesh with the cuticle clippers. My fingers are raw, red and throbbing. I also mentioned how I got sns, which is the dip powder. She did no cleaning or wiping of the nails before putting the top coat on, so all of that loose powder is now stuck under the topcoat and it’s bumpy, uneven and rough. So I go to pay and she tells me it’s $40 for the pedicure and $40 for the manicure. THAT is when I found out I got gel on my toes, after the fact. So it’s already on my toes, of course I’m going to pay for it. I told her whatever, it’s okay, and I mentioned how painful and horrible my manicure was, and she started speaking to the other lady across the room, the one who did my manicure, in another language. There was nothing more than a mere “sorry” to make this right. So I said “okay I just won’t tip. Here’s my card.” Mind you, I love to tip my nail tech. My usual girl always gets a $20 bill from me on my $40 sns manicure. I ended up leaving $4 for the girl who did my pedicure, only because she did a good job. I do NOT appreciate the sneakiness of not disclosing or asking if the client wants gel, which is an additional $20 charge. Plus not getting any kind of massage or lotion to end the pedicure comes off as extremely cheap and behind trend. For a classic $22 pedicure, it ALWAYS comes with a little foot/calf massage with some cheap lotion. I’ve not ever been to a salon who DOESNT do this, until now. Will never ever in my life go back here and I suggest others do the same unless you want to be ripped off and extremely physically hurt during your service."
"Got a pedi with Pamli and she was amazing. Even though she was the only one there, she didn’t rush my service and my pedicure is flawless: The salon is very clean and welcoming. I will definitely be a returning customer."
"Tracy is amazing.. Her pedicures are top notch. Tammy is also another breath of fresh air. Both ladies make you feel right at home. My favorite shop hands down.."
