"It was my first time at this location and unfortunately it wasn’t what I was expecting. The underarm and Brazilian wax were good but they eyebrow threading was not. I have a preference for thicker eye brows and clearly explained to the young lady my expectations before she started. I even showed her about how thick I liked them and asked if she can just clean around them. When she got done with one my heart sank. My eyebrow was soooo thin and I explained to her this wasn’t what I wanted. She proceeded to tell me that my natural brow shape wouldn’t work with how I thick I wanted them. That it would look “weird”. I know that my eyebrows aren’t identical and I’ll have to fill them in for them to look nice and full. Which I don’t mind doing and again that’s my preference. Why would you proceed to take off more than what I requested because of your opinion of what you think would look better on me? I had to let her finish and have her do the other one to make them match but I’m so disappointed. Now i have to wait over a month to grow them back out. The regrowth process for me is long and ugly. I’m sure they do good work for others but this place wasn’t for me. First picture shows how I typically like to have them shaped. Second is how the young lady left them. Again some people will probably like the second one but for me it’s not the style I prefer."
