"awful. customer service was great, hair cut is AWFUL. my hair is blunt cut, straight across. just combed across my back and cut in a line. uneven length, some shoulder length pieces and some almost the length it was before the cut (about mid-shoulder blade) will be asking for my money back."

"Just tried to get a haircut at 3:35 PM, was greeted before I got in the door and asked if I was the 4:00 appointment. I told her no, she said she wasn't taking any more people. They close at 6:00 PM. She said she is the only stylist, she's been on her feet all day and isn't feeling good. I don't blame your employee, I blame the company. Great Clips why open back up if you can't hire enough stylist? Not a good business model. Don't worry, one less customer."
"Friendly and profession staff always does a great job with my haircut. Service is fast so your in and out. And now you can check in using the app and you can time your arrival so that you have no wait at all. For the $13 + tip, you can't go wrong. And yes, please don't forget to tip your stylist. They work hard to provide a quick and satisfying service. I'm always surprised at how quickly I'm back out the door with a great looking haircut. Thanks Great Clips! Excellent customer service!"
