"awful. customer service was great, hair cut is AWFUL. my hair is blunt cut, straight across. just combed across my back and cut in a line. uneven length, some shoulder length pieces and some almost the length it was before the cut (about mid-shoulder blade) will be asking for my money back."

"Just tried to get a haircut at 3:35 PM, was greeted before I got in the door and asked if I was the 4:00 appointment. I told her no, she said she wasn't taking any more people. They close at 6:00 PM. She said she is the only stylist, she's been on her feet all day and isn't feeling good. I don't blame your employee, I blame the company. Great Clips why open back up if you can't hire enough stylist? Not a good business model. Don't worry, one less customer."
