"It was my first time going to this salon in the first place the lady who was gone do my hair was very disrespectful she was going here and there while I am sitting at the wash area she washed my hair and was ready to roll i didn't think my hair was clean so I asker her for one more round of shampoo and she was not happy after she started rolling my hair she told me my hair stick together and basically she was telling me to leave I was so mad and disappointed I never seen a business like this shop I am a hair dresser so I know how we should please people but what if I had an event to attend what if this was the only chance I had to do my hair especially in this busy country. It was my first and is gone be my last who ever is the owner you need to check your store."

"I went to the salon for a simple hair cut but because they did not think I was Ethiopian, I did not get serviced. They were very rude and disrespectful. I suggest you do not support a business that discriminates against fellow human beings. This experience made me embarrassed to be Ethiopian."

"I made the mistake of thinking that Chu Chu could do a closure because I have allowed her to do my hair before. BIG MISTAKE. I had to get another stylist to fix what she messed up. I called back and she was rude and tried to blame me. If you want an up to date hairstyle stay away."

"I loved my braid down pattern but they didnt know how to do a lace front. They didn't bleach my knots and tried to put it on backwards on top of that they spoke Ethiopian the whole time which was aggravating as they were loud and I didn't appreciate it as i speak English. My sew in has been in a month now and needs to come down as since she didn't do my lace front right my real hair is coming out from the top. She did it so tight I left crying but she blamed it on my hormones from my pregnancy yet i have had sew in before and never felt that much pain during or after"
