"We went for Thanksgiving dinner. Food was wonderful. The display of food was good, the choices were very nice and the place was clean. The staff were friendly and attentive and all was well until the bill came. We were a party of four: 2 seniors, a 16 year old and an adult. We had reserved and had the menu online that gave different prices for adults, seniors and kids 12+ and under 12.We were told all prices were the same but we had the online pricing to back us up. Unfortunately, that meant the first server telling us no, another server came over and then another until we had 3 with us. One of those servers was pleasant, Rashundra (sic?), the others had very unhappy faces and demeanors. As Determined as they were to deny us the correct pricing, I began to wonder if it was coming out of their pockets! Thankfully Rashundra (sic) was pleasant the entire time and corrected the errors. It almost turned into a very bad situation, she stayed pleasant the entire time, corrected the errors and we were thankful."
