"I waited for 15/20 minutes after being told I could have my acrylics removed and redone and when it came to my turn I told the man I was late on my lunch break and would only have time to have them removed but then come back when I got off this afternoon to get them redone. He refused to take them off explaining it would “be a waste of time” even though I had previously been told they could do that for me. He then explained they could “fill in” but he could clearly see Id had them on for a while which some missing and were in no shape for a “fill in”. He then proceeded to tell me I could find somewhere else to take them off. Very unprofessional and too short staffed for good service. I’ve been here before but will not be returning."

"Andy the Owner and wife Amy - Andy were the one that held this store together and has always been respectful to customers Amy on the other hand like trouble she has always had a nasty attitude and has always been disrespectful to customers Andy the husband no longer do work in their store he now work in Atlanta GA the store isn't the same Amy has a young staff working along with her and they don't know what they are doing and Amy get a chance now to really be dirty I've been going for years she only mistreat Black people I've never once seen her mistreat a White person she go beyond to please them she like Trouble and she no longer has good helpers in the store so if you don't feel like wasting time on a half done job or taking chances on possibly being provoked by Amy and going to jail or taking her to court by sueing her in small claims court which may be a long process please avoid this place Andy the respectful peaceful husband is no longer there ain't worth it no longer do a good job waste of time and money worse place ever and Andy kept the place clean it's no longer clean and has a Bad Smell ..."
