The owner (Jake) is very personable and got my design right without question. I also got the milk and honey pedicure, which was very relaxing. I can’t wait for my next visit to Vivid nails. "Highly disappointed. 8/10 of my cuticles were cut with the e-file and bleeding, they sting pretty badly now and I’m worried about infection. No apology either. My SNS nail color was completely different than the swatch (ok, understandable, it happens). But between that, the cuticles, and the fact that my nails were very uneven/crooked and the nail could be seen underneath? I feel embarrassed to be seen with these. Never coming back here again. ****I highly recommend going to Vanidy Nails as I have had zero issue with them, aside from a single misshaped nail the manager herself corrected when she saw it as I was paying, without my prompting.****"
