"Probably my worst great clips experience ever, very disappointing..I went in for a trim with long layers and now I just have a rough chop across my ends.. I understand that you pay for what you get but I’ve never any great clips do this poor of a job. I was asked to stand while I was having my hair cut because I am “too tall.” While the stylist was cutting my hair she kept asking me if I was comfortable with where she was cutting but before I could answer she had already cut the piece. In total she probably spent 5 minutes on my hair, a job that normally takes 15 or more"

"I just went to this great clips and I told the lady I want a trim on the sides and the back and nothing on the top or the front and while she was cutting my hard she literally started cutting the front of my hair and messed up my hair style so now imma look stupid and I have a quinceanera tmrw and they are gonna take pictures"

"I have been here several times over the few years and had very good experience. Friendly staff, online reservation makes it easy. However this time, the stylist was very rude. Not friendly at all. She did a good job though. If this continues, I will think twice before going there."
