"My normal nail salon was closed so I tried Pearl for the first time and extremely disappointed. While the staff was extremely friendly it doesn’t make up for a bad outcome. This is the worst French I’ve had and when I tried to explain that I was unhappy I was told that since I got color French sns that it will always “bleed to the nail bed”. I haven’t had this ever happen before as typically they do the base and then apply the French tip color. That was not the case as she dipped the tip then applied for the base color so of course the red continued bleeding. The white base powder has dirt and spec in it and was pink by the time she was done. Also my nails are still stained red and just overall unsatisfied with a $50 service which was also the most I’ve been charged for just sns on my natural nail."

"They did a good job fixing my nails that another messed up so I came back and the lady wanted to argue that my nails she did were crooked. I’ll be going to a different salon next time. Not worth the $70 I paid."
