It was more painful than usual, the wax was too hot, and she kept making comments about how difficult it was, and stated said she didn’t have time to remove any ingrown hairs. I’ve never had as many issues as I did today with anyone else as long as I’ve been getting waxed (almost 10 years). Very unfortunate experience."
