"Was there getting a perm by Yong because one of the reviews says he’s really good at it. It was all fine the curls came out beautifully but when we discussed the price he said it was included the hair cut. when he finished my perms I was asking him to cut my bangs plus some split ends he said no, he said something like “ this is already looks good you don’t need haircut “ and still charged me the same price include the hair cut."

"Beware!! Keep receipts and write how much tip the dresser deserves. I was about to let this slide, but after I saw how much they lack honesty, I changed my mind. They have no INTERGRITY whatsoever! They decided to change the tip to 35% tip. She clearly did not deserve this and who in the world will tip this much for a haircut actually a trim. Especially when the stylist doesn't know what she's doing or just simply doesn't care. I was nice enough to tip a 15 percent of 45. On top of all this, she did a horrible job at delivering the product."

"I recently had an bad experience with AT @ Hair Salon and I would guess this business may only service certain ethnic groups. Run away from this business if you do not want to have treated badly, even they may have the best hair stylists. Zach was rude, did not know how to properly handle customers' questions on availability and show "my way or highway" attitude to us. Really!!? As other reviewers said, they only take care of those frequent customers they know or people with appointments. They treat any walk-ins like beggars or homeless without courtesy. Please run away from this business if you do not have appointments with them, I guess their business is too good, they do not care. I cannot recommend them, and will not spend a dime here."

This haircut was particularly significant because my daughter's wedding is tomorrow, and I couldn't avoid it any longer. I didn't set high expectations for the style and cut, I simply needed it done. I initially planned to visit the hair salon I used to frequent, but it seemed to have undergone a name change. I suspected that the previous salon didn't survive the challenges of the pandemic. The overall service was quite good. They thoughtfully shampooed my hair both before and after the haircut. What stood out was that Mr. Yong, the stylist, primarily used scissors for the haircut, which was a departure from the typical clippers that I'd experienced elsewhere. The pricing was reasonable, and I was particularly drawn to this place as it came recommended by my daughter. She has high standards, and her endorsement implied it must be a good choice."
