"Well, I called this place to book an appointment for a facial and waxing. The lady who answered the phone did not speak nor understand English. I hung up! She called me back and said her manager booked my appointment. When I arrived, the manager was not aware I had booked an appointment with her! Also, no one was working except the manager! How can the manager work on facials and waxing at the same time? Also, the manager told me she doesn't even work on facials and only waxing!!! I just walked out and went to one of the Fayetteville locations. Both Fayetteville locations always have more people working and work on ALL services!!!! I only went to this location due to being in the area! I will not return...."
