"I have wanted to get my lashes done for quite some time now, and I finally decided to take the dive this week. I found this studio through digging around online for somewhere affordable and close by my house. I browsed through their photos on Instagram and was super happy with what I saw, so I immediately booked an appointment. Firstly, I accidentally messed up and booked on the wrong day, so I promptly cancelled and rescheduled. I called to ask them what would happen with the first deposit I paid, since it was presumably non-refundable, and they were super understanding and nice about it. They let me use both deposits towards the overall cost of my set. It was really nice of them to be so accommodating, especially because the mistake was on my end. Secondly, my appointment went great! The studio was really clean and cozy. I booked with Monique, and she is so great at what she does. She’s super talented, knowledgeable, and sweet. She was somehow able to work really quickly but also really efficiently and gently, because I hardly felt her applying the lashes. I felt no pain, irritation, or discomfort whatsoever. Plus I was in and out in around 45 minutes for a full set, which was incredibly fast. My lashes came out so cute! They’ve given me a huge confidence boost. I’ve posted before and after pics below so you can see the difference. I paid for the mascara effect set, which is $99. Worth every penny! I will definitely be a loyal customer from here on out."
