"If I could give this place 0 stars!! Runnn a way from this place!! They are scammers! If you’re a stylist looking for a suite DO NOT come here! Go somewhere else. These people are evil and will steal money straight out of your account. Do not look at how nice this place look! It’s a cover up! They are currently being sued for fraud! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. I heard negative reviews about them and ignored it. Don’t make the same mistake. Find another salon to work at. This business won’t last for the amount of scamming they do!"

"I am a former tenant at runway curls salon suites. I would not recommend anyone to work at this establishment. It is not a place for young entrepreneurs looking for a suite. It is over priced with no amenities for the tenants. The rent is $350 a week for a tiny room, in addition to paying for parking; which is extremely hard to find & cost about $30-$40 per week. There are only 5 parking spots & they will threaten to fine you $50 if you park in the two spots that are reserved for them. depending on how often you are there. The owners love to try to add extra fees to your rent. For example they attempted to fine me $125 for the lock to be replace on me door when it was never properly fixed when I moved in. This is not the half. There is a high percentage of Burglaries in the area there has been countless amounts of times where my clients car have been broken into and valuables have been stolen as well as multiple employees and the owners show no care in the world. There is no manager on duty so if you have an issue you have to jump through hoops to get some assistance. They also like to make up “ house rules” as a was to add extra fees. It is the definition of unprofessionalism! Bathrooms are always dirty and never stocked. The owners Lou & Mushiya are tasteless individuals who try to act as if they are better than everyone Very rude like all the Multiple reviews stated about this business. You also notice the response the owners the gave to everyone who left a similar review about the experience. Never expecting responsibility and disrespectful to their experience at their janky establishment. After spending a year here i was disappointed and discouraged as a stylist. STAY CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE! I don’t want anyone to go through what I experienced."
