"This is by far the worst place I have gotten my nails done. Requested SNS with two colors. The nail tech did not understand what I said, and did the whole nail one color. This was after I waited 45 minutes for someone to do my nails. I had five different people come clean my nails before any body started on them. The lady filing my nails cut me and I paid $60 for this service. I will never come to this one again."

"Very disappointing, I would not recommend this place to anyone for any reason. If you're into the whole bougie, nose in the air type ambiance, then you'll blend right in. Otherwise ,STAY AWAY! Nothing positive in the entire establishment other than they have nice chandeliers and an extensive list of options on the colors which even though is in itself overwhelming.They make you feel very uncomfortable & awkward ,very unprofessional , they leave a lot left to be desired to say the least. The whole experience there was rushed & received the very bare minimum one could provide on all aspects.Was overcharged is an understatement.I've never experienced this level of grotesque in any nail salon. They don't charge for quality ,let alone for services provided, because if they had , the Good Lord knows, it would've been free."

"The absolute best place to go to! Pedi is always fire and my eyes literally roll to back of my head. If you ever need to relax or just in general wont disappointment. I love it here and recommend you over anywhere else. Willie is absolutely amazing i mean that to heart! Great personality always, knows what he’s doing and gives you a personal experience. "After trying several salons in the ATL area I was very pleased to find Chan & Bay in Morrow! I've been coming here for almost a year now, May & Sony take great care of me every time. They don't treat me like I'm just another customer, I feel at home when I come here. They acknowledge me by name, always ask about my job, and engage in conversation. My first visit I asked for "old skool" nail designs, like those in the late 90's, May knew exactly what I wanted without me having to show an example like I had to do at other shops. Sony gives the best pedicure, I feel so relaxed and pampered, like a new woman! I know when I come here that I'm going to get the service and accommodations I'm paying for, and their prices are reasonable for the market. I travel for a living, if I break a nail while on the road it just stays broken until I get back to town, I refuse to let any other shop service me!"
