"If you decide to get your hair done here, be leery…I believe they use some sort of product where your hair is chemically altered. My natural curly coils never returned after visiting this salon. I received the recommended deep conditioner along with a wash, regular conditioner, blow dry and cut. I am not pleased at all. I am pretty sure it was the deep conditioner product that chemically altered my hair. They should be up front to customers if this is their practice."

"UNLESS YOU WANT DAMAGED HAIR! DO NOT GO. The first picture is how my curls used to look. The second picture is how my hair looks now. I came in for a deep condition, press and trim two weeks ago. I had virgin all natural hair with tight 4b/ 3c curls. I washed my hair on this past Saturday and my curls did not come back. My hair is very damaged and smells burnt. It is completely straight in some places and I have very loose 3b type curls in other places. I noticed that they used VERY high heat (to the point that it was BURNING MY SCALP) with the blow dryer AND the flat iron and I’m not sure if thermal was used. My mother says it smells like a keratin treatment was used or like there was relaxer in the shampoo. I asked what was used on my hair and why it’s so damaged or if my curls will come back if there was a chemical treatment done to my hair and they were very nasty with their response. I sent this exact message to them (not being rude) and they refused to give me any information. Im now suing for damages! Wish I could give 0 stars"

"I’ve been going here for about five years now. I have never waited long to be serviced or spent more than 2 hours here even with a deep conditioner, roller set, and trim in the same session. My hair lasts a good long time. Rosa takes good care of my hair and gives me great trims!"
