"I just want to ask why a front desk person rejected me to come( its 5 min from my home) to trim my bang. She referred me to Great Clips which is not professional place at all. I know that is not big money job but what should i do if I have a long hair. She said since I was a new customer than i should go only to stylist who works with new customers and she would be at the salon on Thursday. Zero propositions to sign for somebody other. I am extremely displeased with such customer service like they have so many clients they can kick off few new."
