"RACIST !! I want to start off by saying I never leave reviews. If I could get them a 0 stars, I would !!! I have came this location 3 times and never had a bad experience until today. The customer service was very rude! The attitude towards me was very racist today! I’ll get to racist comment soon…. I am a polite women, I am little picky with my nails when it has to do with quality and color I asked for a pink glitter acrylic but I wanted to mix the pinks. he said he couldn’t do it. So I pick another pink acrylic, he expressed to me that he can’t do my nails anymore because I was taking too long to pick my color. I then told him I will pick a regular pink. As I walked back he said I don’t want to do your nails today. As I sat down and ask why he said because “you black girls are picky” and I’m done with you today leave. I felt so offended i left and I left with my nails looking like this. They don’t like black people they want your money beware my black beautiful queens!"

"Stopped by on Thursday about 4:45p just for a regular pedicure. Not my usual salon since I was leaving work and wanted to make it somewhere before closing. Services were just “ok”. When the young lady completed the pedicure before Gel polish was added, I advised her that my big toe wasn’t filed correctly and there was a “snag” end on the nail. Instead of her filing it or cutting it, she stated she will just add nail glue to seal it. I should have known then. Now here it is Monday and look at my damn big toe. And I tipped her. Smh Lesson learned never again. Should have just went to where I was familiar with."

"Terrible customer service. I came here last week to get ombré nails. They said they could not do them so I asked her what she could do. She said she could do gel on acrylic nails. I left and my nails started chipping 3 days later. I came back after 7 days and they tried to give me a 20% discount AFTER saying they would do it for free. Of course they offered this discount after they removed the polish so I could not say no. The man was disrespectful and rude so I obviously did not trust him to do my nails at that point. I had to leave with my nails half way removed. I will never be back after my second time here. Terrible service both times. I leave a lot of positive reviews for most businesses so the fact that I’m having to leave a negative one lets you know that this was just bad. They did not try to offer solutions only yelling and being rude. I will take my dollar to a nail spa that respects their black customers."

"I just moved to the area and decided to try them out. It’s a nice shop in a quiet area. The ambiance was nice and calming. I showed Lyn n the nail tech a pic of what I wanted and she delivered. I’m glad it’s close to my house I will be a returning customer."

"I wish I wouldn’t have ever come here again. This is an extremely overpriced nail salon. Prices are always different based upon the person & the nails techs aren’t talented. I came in for a fill in & pedicure today…. I was charged for a full set & take off because the nail tech didn’t want to work over the previous nail techs work who did a poor job 2 weeks ago at the same salon. I used to come here all the time but stopped because of this same reason. I ended up not getting a pedicure because I couldn’t stand to be in there any longer. Most of the nail techs do very poor work. They are not kind to people who look like me & charge for every single thing. They even charge you extra to use a debit or credit card. They even have the audacity to expect a tip for poor service. I will absolutely never be back here again. I’d rather drive further out where people are kind, don’t over charge & who are talented. For $76 my nails look terrible"
