"I had high hopes for this purchase. I followed their IG for months. All her photos show great hair quality but unfortunately that is not what I got. They made it clear, the IG photos are of their itips hair which shouldn’t matter. You should sell good hair quality regardless how it will be installed. The hair had a small and looked used or mixed with synthetic hair. Once you get to the bottom of the hair, about 3 inches, it looks more nappy or reused. The ends were the worse and I was told they send the hair that way so the client can trim the hair! I’ve purchased hair for 15 years and have NEVER been told that nor had to trim my hair to use it…. It took about a week for them to refund my money but they did do it. They had me pay to ship it back and charged an 8% restocking fee. I have attached pictures so others will know what they’re getting and to help others make a better choice. This was 14in Indian Curly hair i purchased not kinky hair."
