O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

"Took my wife and parents to O Charley's last night on Valentines Day. Robert was our waiter. My mother ordered a Manhattan from the bar. Came with more ice than liquid. My wife had to ask twice for her ice tea refill. I ordered the Cajun steak with the gravy on the side. (note: the description on the menu was anything but) came with gravy on the top. Sent back. My mom asked the young lady that brought our food for a margarita. The lady, I assume, was the manager who came by to check on us, ended up going to the bar, and brought my mother her margarita. At this point, i still haven't received my order. Finally, my order showed up. The steak looked rather pale, and when i took my first bite 45 min after we ordered, i found out why. It was placed strategically with the charred black side down. At this point, i didn't want to send it back again. As my mom grabbed the check, we didn’t want to seem ungrateful. My dad tipped Robert because that's the person he is, but needless to say, that is the last time we will darken that door. (Buyers Beware)"

"The food was good. A lot of variety on the menu. I gave 4 stars for service. It was not bad service. She was great. Took a little bit to get the check. The manager made a point to visit tables and ask if everything was okay. That was awesome. I gave 4 stars for atmosphere. It wasn't busy and the place looked nice. I would eat there again. There was other stuff on the menu I would like to try."

"Best experience ever! Rod is the best server we've had in a long time! He was enthusiastic and funny throughout mine and my fiance's time there this weekend. I would definitely recommend. The food was wonderful and the staff were so nice!"

"This place is incredible and the service is even better! Me and my wife travel all around the country and have been to millions of different restaurants, In this by far was the best service we have ever received. Our server Madison was absolutely outstanding attentive, very communicative, friendly, well mannered, informative, You name it this girl did it! She was very detail oriented and incredibly patient with our party. She was very quick and professional all while managing several other tables But yet taking the time and effort to make sure everyone got a great experience with each table. Our food came out quick and our drinks were never empty, never even close. When I tell you, this girl was amazing on every aspect. I mean, she was amazing. Please, please go pay this place a visit and ask for Madison because she will give you an amazing experience."
