"Well, I didn’t get a chance to be serviced at this establishment. I scheduled a massage appointment for today at 6 PM. Received a reminder email yesterday, that stated to make sure I’m five minutes early. I arrive 15 minutes early only to discover the door is locked and it doesn’t look like anyone’s inside. So I text the number that they have on their counter Letting them know I have arrived . The person (Craig) responded back and said they would let my massage therapist (Jay) know. So I continue to wait until my appointment time at 6 PM. No one ever came to the door or responded. I sent a text at 6:01 PM saying that I was leaving. Then I get a phone call from Craig saying that Jay said he’s in there, just got there. First of all, I think he might’ve been in there the whole time because there was one other car parked in the parking lot when I pulled in. I told him that no, I’m leaving, I had already pulled off, and his response was, “are you sure?” I said yes, and he said OK bye. Very unprofessional. First of all, if I have an appointment at 6 PM, my massage therapist should be ready well before that especially for a new client who may have to fill out some paperwork, etc. before the masssge actually starts. Secondly, there was no apology given, remorse, or anything to show that they even cared at all! I drove 40 minutes in rush-hour traffic there, and 45 minutes back. So instead of a relaxing 60 minute massage, I had to sit in traffic for 90 minutes, which was the opposite of relaxing. So yeah, they will not be getting my business and I would recommend everybody think twice before going if that’s the way they conduct business **And in response to Craig’s response. Sir, if my massage was supposed to be begin at 6pm, why was i waiting at the locked door until 6pm? That’s why i chose to leave. If Jay was inside, why hadn’t he opened the door and let me in before 6pm? How did i waste your time when i was there for my appointment 15 minutes early, hmmm? I should’ve been laying on the massage table at 6pm, not still standing outside. Way to take accountability smh. And i did not have an attitude, but was disappointed as i stated in my text msg to you. I had every right to be, being that you wasted my time and gas.** Moral of the story…would NOT recommend this business."

"I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Krystal. I have had several facials from her and I will never go to anyone else. My skin looks 10 years younger and I really appreciate the extra care she puts into scalp/neck/hand massages. Next time I will add in additional time because I never want her services to end!! She is a true expert in her craft. I always end up sitting in my car for 20 minutes after my facials because I am too relaxed to drive. Craig is also wonderful to work with and makes booking a breeze. 10/10 highly recommend!!!"

"I had a massage that my 8 year old could've given better. I wish I hadn't wasted my gas or time going. Or was assigned to someone who gave a massage that actually felt like one. That would have been great. I was assigned to Donna. If I had read the reviews prior to going I would have cancelled. Definitely disappointed. Wish I could have a redo or a refund."

"Called ahead to make an appointment for a color and keratin treatment and lucky Eli was able to squeeze me in that same day!! I am super impressed by his work. He is a great stylist and an amazing person! Had a great time with him and I absolutely LOVED how my hair turned out. Already made another appointment for a gloss and cut in one month. The salon was super clean and all the other stylist took precautions of social distancing and encouraged everyone to wear masks. They were all super nice as well. 100% recommend! Thank you guys!!"
