WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

"WnB is awful at communication. I will not be ordering from them for a long time! I ordered sweet potato fries with my 6 wings. But instead of calling to let me know they had no more, they just allowed the doordasher to bring my food to me with no fries. So I called and asked where my fries were, they told me they did not have anymore. It would have been nice to get a call before they closed at 7:30pm!!!"

"BEWARE: I was given bloody chicken. Took the wings back to the store & asked the manger for a refund & the teen on the register, with the stale braids, busted out laughing as she was taking someone’s order. She thought it was hilarious. She then proceeded to bring another gen z, precious looking, line backer built girl to the front. Both starring at me looking crazy as the manager, who was kind yet barely understood English, allowed them to be passive aggressive. Then as I leave, I hear them talking about me. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. I’ll be reporting them to the health department & the city for bad business."

"Absolute worst EVER. All drinks are out except coke and sweet tea (zero calorie), the kitchen door is completely propped open so no telling how many flies back there, and the customer service was horrible!!!! Tons of people complaining while staff just stands around."

"I really was craving some wings tonight and I honestly only eat flats. I might have ordered or wanted 30 flats so I was willing to pay for whatever amount I would be able to purchase. But I was told by management tonight that I can’t order flats alone tonight at any amount. How disappointing. At least the young lady in front register had good customer service. This why 2 stars"
