"Me, my niece and my two nephews stopped in this morning to get some sandwiches before we headed to the fair. The two gentlemen on openshift today, Sunday September 24th are absolutely awesome!! They were very patient with us and had EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I'm sorry I did not get their names. But they were so helpful and treated all of us very friendly. I accidentally left my debit card there and realized it by the time I got to the fair. I called Subway and the gentleman told me he would wrap my debit card in a receipt and put it in a cookie bag and pin it to their board in the back with my name and phone number on the outside of the cookie bag. All of our sandwiches were absolutely fresh and delicious and the kids were saying-the sandwiches were bangin'!! The gentleman who made our sandwiches was very nice and polite and extremely helpful. I've worked in customer service my whole life and being a customer today it was really awesome to get excellent customer service on the receiving end!! We stopped back by to pick up my debit card on the way home and it was exactly where the gentleman said he put it- pinned to the board wrapped in a receipt and in a cookie bag with my name and phone number on the outside. These guys are absolutely great and made our day!!! THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING TOP-NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!"

"Ordered Subway from this shop through Postmates. I requested no tomatoes and to add capicola to my ham and Turkey sub. They had tomatoes on it, and all the lettuce was brown. The capicola was tiny and cooked, which I did not ask for. I picked all the bad lettuce off but just threw everything away since tomatoes were on it. The sandwich looked a mess and the bread wasn’t fully cooked. I ended up ordering Larry’s Giant Sub and got a refund. Don’t waste your time at this nasty location. They obviously don’t care."
