"Another great haircut by Sandra! She is the best. She pays attention to details, shapes well, and provides a clean, symmetrical cut. Additionally, she is a lovely person and always provides an enjoyable enjoyable experience."
"The hairstylist was great! She patiently listened to all my needs! Would definitely recommend!"
"This location is out of my way, but so worth the drive. I am a very satisfied customer & will keep going back to them."
"When Carmen cuts my hair, I am always pleased. Thank you Carmen for going the extra mile!"
"I’ve had haircuts at multiple Great Clips in the area. The best was at Alpharetta but they had a long wait so I decided to try Haynes Bridge. It was awful! The lady who cut my hair (she never provided her name) and bangle bracelets on both wrists that repeatedly hit me in the head when she was washing my hair. And when it came to the cut, I asked for 2 inches off, no layering, nothing fancy. She only took about an inch, didn’t measure at all, and only cut it around back. She didn’t even try to check the front to make sure it was even. I had my suspicions it wasn’t but of course couldn’t tell in the chair and I try not to tell people how to do their job. She did a quick couple minutes with a blow dryer but my hair was still very wet and that was that. I doubt I was in the chair longer than 10 minutes including the shampoo. Of course when I got home and checked it wasn’t even and I had to get out the scissors and try and trim it myself. I understand these aren’t fancy salons but there has to be better quality control and you really shouldn’t employ people who can’t do a basic trim. I could have done a similar job myself and I’ve had zero training. Also then to charge $28 for that was ridiculous. I can’t see going back to this location ever again."
