"This is literally the worst Burger King!!! My husband and I went here one night and my husband had multiple strands of long hair in his burger. We went back and they didn’t even seem surprised almost as if it was purposely done because they were ready to close. We requested our money back which they gave to us but DONT EAT HERE!!!! "This is the slowest burger I have ever been to. I spent 15 minutes in drive thru waiting to order my food. As soon as I got to the window and paid, they told me that I had to pull up and wait for my food. Every time I come to this burger king, I have to pull up if I order food.I know there is a drive-thru timer that keeps up with how fast the food is out. They cheat the timer when they tell people to pull up. It makes the timer think that everything is complete when it's not. Why do I have to wait 30 min in total for 1 whopper and 1 fry. The car behind me had to park also while 6 cars were still waiting to order. Last week, when I was sitting in the drive thru, I just went and parked and ordered food on the inside, which was still a 30-minute wait. This is so crazy and this burger king is fairly new. They need to hire a new manager and more staff."

"My second time ordering a bacon swiss crispy chicken with American cheese instead of swiss no tomato, but they forgot the bacon again. I tried calling, but the phone is going to voicemail. I was hoping to get my order replaced."
