"Clear, cool waters. Nice sandy bottom. Porta potti on site. Decent parking close to the water. Not too large of an area so it fills up fast."

"Beautiful Little park on the water. It is visible many nice mature trees have been damaged by Hurricane Michael. Fast recovery."

"Driving by and decided to check it out. I'm assuming it had tall shade trees prior hurricane Michael. Now the large trunks are laying where they fell...minus the parts that were trimmed away from the boardwalk. The relatively short boardwalk was damaged and has been repaired. It appears to be a popular fishing spot. There was a sign about swimming at your own risk, so I guess it's possible, but the water was very high & flowing fast. There's also one picnic table. The park is small. Unless you're fishing you probably won't spend much time here."

"Loved it. But it is 4hrs long be prepared to be in cold and then even colder water. Also try to have 2 cars one at the bottom of the river and one at the top. That way you can use your own tubes and save a ton of money on rental, but if not bear paw is more than willing to take your money and bring you back. No attack on bear paw they are a good honest service but you can save a lot of money with some simple planning."
