"Really upset with my experience today. I went to get my hair washed and dried. It was painful the whole time. Her suggestion was to cut my hair shorter so it wouldn't tangle, which I thought was ridiculous. I don't have that issue with my hair at home or at other salons. I have tried this place many times. I kept coming back bc the staff seemed friendly. But I've had two bad haircuts and now the most painful wash/blowdry of my life. And a waste of $30. I couldn't believe she still charged me that amount after how bad of a time it was. My head is sore from all the pulling. Bummed that I had that experience today. Ruined my night. Update: 6 hours later and my scalp is still in pain and is radiating heat.. never in my life.."
