"My niece has dark brown hair and has always wanted to try to go blond. She came here to Ford. The first visit was a lot of work because her hair is very dark. She left with blond on top, orange on bottom and a 1000 dollar tab. When she came back for correction, she left with what was supposed to be grey hair that would fade to blond. But it faded to brown. Also another 400 dollar tab. She came back again after several weeks and ended up with red hair. She then cut her losses and didn’t go back. Its shocking to have spent 1400 dollars and not gotten what she was told she could get. Obviously not all hair colors can lighten or darken to our desire but they should have told her that and never tried to do something that wouldn’t work. Also they should have not charged her all this money for not delivering the correct service and end product they promised. I’m writing this review bc she’s a shy college student and not someone who will argue on her own behalf yet."
