"I visited this lash tech, Nicole, several times before making this review. Here are a few reasons why I would suggest trusting another technician for your lashes 1. She is working under April Grove's name. April is on extended maternity leave and I used to visit April and thought that was who I was driving out of my way to see and was surprised to see a new person I didn't know. She said she was working under April's name because it was easier ......first red flag 2. She texted me when I was on the way for my second visit that she had moved locations and needed me to come to a different address..second red flag 3. She texted me when I was literally pulling into the parking lot for my third visit that she was going to be 45 minutes late and I had to sit there and wait for her because again I was driving out of my way........third red flag 4. I told her at this third visit that my lashes had been barely lasting 7 days. I was having serious fallout very quickly between visits. It has now been 7 days since my last appointment and all of a sudden my lashes have lasted really well and I have had minimal fall out....fourth red flag. Was she doing a not as strong technique before? Or using not as great glue before? I am not sure. The work she did at the end was pretty which made me return a few times and she is a nice technician but at the end of the day her series of unprofessionalism will not make me a repeat customer"

"Don’t be put off by the humble set up located in the back of Passion nail salon— I was skeptical at first as this setting is different from other lash studios (those are more expensive and farther away from where I live). I got a lash lift and tint done by April. April was detail-oriented, efficient, and kind. Will definitely be back!"

"April was totally lovely in every way! I had never gotten lash extensions before and was nervous about how they’d turn out — my full lash set only took an hour and I love the way they look!
