"Salons by JC Midtown is a great place if you are looking to not only get a service done but to have a space to perform your special skills and services on your very own clientele! After years of struggling to find the perfect home for myself and my clients I stumbled across this facility and I haven't looked back. This is home for my salon space. I love, love, love it and most importantly my clients love the space, the facility, the location and the surrounding restaurants and businesses! Jim, the owner is a life saver. He is very thorough, consistent, pleasant, efficient and reasonable! The other suite owners are very professional and friendly!"

"I came to work at Salons by JC almost 2 yrs ago. I cannot say enough Incredible things about being here or Jim. Working in the salon industry for almost 20 yrs I never once worked for a salon owner who looked out for, gave benefits to, or seemed to genuinely care for their staff. I think that’s why it surprised me so much how caring Jim is. We are all our own individual businesses here and Jim is pretty much technically our landlord. But he goes so far above and beyond that. He looked out for all of us during the covid shut down, sent us information on grants/loans, gave us rent break because he understood this was hard times for all of us and made sure we opened back up to a clean safe environment. He offers 2 weeks free rent based on lease ( in 20 yrs I never received paid vacation which if you think about it this kinda is since you can save your rental fee while away). I can assure you if you open a space here you will never regret it. All the other stylist here are friendly and you still get that salon family feel while being independent. "I’ve been with Jim and Salons by JC for almost four years and I’ve never been happier in my salon career. I have 24 hour salon access so I can set the schedule that works best for me, my clients, and my family. It’s headache free because I pay one small bill for my space and all my amenities and utilities, and Jim keeps the place immaculate. I’ve grown from a small single unit to a large double unit to accommodate my growing business and Jim has gone above and beyond to make it all happen. The tenants are also super friendly and respectful of the shared space so I get to run my own small business but it’s not lonely at all which was my only hesitation coming from a big salon.
