"10/10 won’t be back . $40 for a regular gel pedi && he cut my toe and didn’t bother to paint that toe properly. They charge $10 for polish on your acrylics which I think is ridiculous. I guess $10 for shape also which is crazy considering the shape was horrible and skinny . So was the sanding . My nails are chunky ."
"Let me start by saying if I could give a zero I would. I am very pissed to say the least. I should have never given this business my service because of the customer service they give. I've been coming for a few yrs and service was just alright but since covid lifted there service is HORRIBLE!!!! Today will be my last time coming to this location. The location opens at 9 and I didn't know the doors where open because the sign wasn't on. I had been waiting for 40 mins for this Benson to come in. The lady pulled up and walked to the door and opened it. I immediately came in behind her and said I didn't know this door was open because I would have been come in. With that being said she put down for Benson. So you know they talk their language and she told her to let Benson know she was getting her toes done as well. But she was in another chair. I let Benson know that I was here before her and I didn't know the doors was open as I would have walked in before her , but she is in another chair and he proceeded to say I'm not going to do your nails and a bunch of other things. I shouldn't have ever given them a second chance because there manners are horrible and they don't respect you nor your time. What's the point of coming to a place that don't respect you. The place is really horrible and no one knows how to do nails except 2 people and their attitude isn't very warming. I've been going to Benson for a few yrs. Not because he's friendly but because he do a great job on my toes. But he has never said hello, how are you, have a great day or thank you. I wish my cousin wouldn't have ever introduced me to him. I tip him and everything but his attitude is unprofessional. I shouldn't wanna come to a place that is not very welcoming. You can come see for yourself the level of friendly customer service and the horrible job they do. But as for me they will never EVER IN LIFE RECEIVE ANOTHER DIME FROM ME. AGAIN IF I COULD GIVE THESE DISRESPECTFUL ASIAN A 0 I WOULD!!!!!!"
"I came here and paid $40 plus a tip for a gel pedicure on Thursday 7/7/2022 and less than 24 hours my gel Polish was lifting up off of my nails the very next morning. We all know gel Polish does not suppose to lift....not to mention the lady hurt my foot by, clipping my skin off, so when she applied the foot wash to my foot, my toe immediately started burning really bad, and got worse once I put my feet back in the water. Once I came back into town, cause I left out on that Friday morning, I came back here, where I waited for a hour. I asked for Ben to correct my foot, but didn't realize I would be charged for him to fixed something that the first lady didn't do right. Brian was very rude towards me. He talked to me like I was absolutely nothing. Said it was me and not them and that everything was my fault. How is it my fault, when your polish came off my toe? A lady which I believe is Brian's wife said she would fix it, but, when she brought me the nail color chart, I couldn't remember the color, because, the nail tech chose a certain yellow color for me. This made her very furious, to the point where she was yelling at me in her language, snatching and throwing down the nail charts. Just slamming them on the table and kept looking back at me yelling and pointing at me. I asked why was she acting that way, just because, I didn't know the color their nail tech put on my feet. She made a scene so big that everyone just looked at me. I felt so uncomfortable that, I just stood up, put on sandles back on and left. I would NEVER GIVE THEM my business again!!! Racism is here at it's best!!!"
"I’ll start by saying I have been a client of Brian since 2015 and he is amazing and does great work! Other staff members have service me in his absence and I’ve never had a bad experience with any of them. All have been nice and pleasant and does great work. A month ago my daughter and I came in to have a nail date. Brian service me as usual and the young man at station 14 did my daughter’s full set. A week later my daughter’s nails started to lift and eventually they started to pop off one by one. Well today, Brian was not in and I received service from the same young man that did my daughter’s full set, I was already skeptical about him doing my nails since the set he did for my daughter did not last but I decided to give him a try. He did not greet me, I had to greet him in order for him to speak. I wanted to remove my tips and just put an acrylic overlay over my real nails so I asked him to soak my nails, I opt out of using a nail tip to remove the tips from my nails because the last time my nails were removed that way one of my nail cracked and was in pain for a week and a half. The young man had a problem with me wanting to soak the the acrylic and tips off. He does my nails and even skip a few steps while doing them. I even asked him to use the sanding block to smooth out the acrylic overlay before adding the polish and he told me no saying the gel polish would stick if it is smooth. (Ive been getting gel polish for 10 years and every nail tech I’ve had ALWAYS SMOOTH OUT THE ACRYLIC BEFORE APPLYING THE POLISH AND IVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE GEL POLISH NOT STICKING) I even told him Brian and everyone else who has done my nails before all used the sanding block and his response was “well go see Brian next time.” That was very unprofessional! The end results… my nails are terrible! The residue from soaking off my old set are all over my finger tips and my polish look very caked up because he applied too much polish to my nails. I would never recommend anyone to get service from the young man in station 14."
"These people are filthy they reuse the same equipment. I asked for a simple French tip this is what I got. I came in at 6 didn’t get out til 8:30pm. The lady was very rough with my both my hands and feet to the point she was trying to apologize for skinning my finger with the razor. Then my total came up to 70 dollars for a fill in (basic French) and a regular pedicure. Not to add I seen them reuse a towel that they just used to clean the floor. DO NOT COME HERE!"
