"I am honestly very saddened and disappointed with the service and products I received from Stush Beauty Lounge. I was supposed to be getting a custom color/custom hair extensions and what I got was a royal mess in my hair. These hair extensions caused me not to be able to sleep at all for the 3 days I had them in until I had to pay to get them taken out. I was having to take pain medication every day and night because it was so unbearable for me. It was causing swelling and what felt like bruising on my scalp all over. My natural hair was falling out of my head I guess because of the pressure of the pulling on the strands. The hair color of the extensions completely didn't match my real hair, nothing that was colored matched any of the photos I showed remotely. My hair was incorrectly colored a super brassy orangey reddish brown and not corrected after 3 visits with the stylist. I was really just mortified and too anxious, and exhausted, and in a lot of pain after the installation to say anything but I cried the whole way home. I think it should matter how I feel and what I think about this service after spending so much money. This whole ordeal was very expensive, stressful, and painful for me to be 100% dissatisfied with the job done. I also live about an hour away from Sandy springs so I was traveling two hours back and forth for all of these visits. I tried speaking with the stylist about this and requesting a refund for my money and no response. I am just really horrified at this whole experience. Will not be returning."

"I was in need of silk press. I called and she welcomed me with no problem. I came to the shop and it’s beautiful. Just pure comfort the whole time. I’m so picky about my hair and have used the same stylist for over 10 years and this woman just made me her permanent client. My hair is so silky and smooth and just beautiful! I’m natural and she knew just how to handle my texture of hair. I loved the whole experience."

"The salon is gorgeous. Larissa does an amazing job and has a beautiful personality. She did a Balayage on my natural (4a) hair. She did a great job detangling. I don't like to have my hair too straight because I am always afraid of straight pieces but she did a great job. I will be back and I will tell everyone I know."
