"I wish I could give it lower than a 1 star! I went in today for a trim. Firstly, the lady was rude and didn't even greet me-just told me to come back to her chair. She asked what I wanted done, and I told her a trim about 1/2 inch and face framed with long layers. My hair was halfway down my back. She ended up cutting 2-3 inches without a face frame. She did do the long layers, I think, but it was hard to tell. She then proceeded to cut my bangs when I told her to just shape them as I was growing then out. She cut a good inch off of them! She did not listen to me at all, and now my hair is significantly shorter! I am truly an unhappy customer today! I couldn't get out of there soon enough! I will NOT be going there again."
